The Company grants the Buyer a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the downloaded images for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

- Prohibited Uses: You may not copy, share, redistribute, resell, or license the digital files to any third party. You are strictly prohibited from selling physical prints of this artwork, using it for any commercial advertising, or uploading the files to print-on-demand marketplaces (such as Redbubble, Amazon, or Society6 or any similar e-commerce platforms).
3. Retention of Intellectual Property
All copyrights, title, ownership, and intellectual property rights in and to the artwork remain exclusively with MIENCHIC, LLC. This purchase does not transfer any copyright or ownership rights to the Buyer.

4. Technical Compatibility and Delivery
We deliver digital assets via downloadable links. You are solely responsible for ensuring your devices, software, and internet connection meet the technical specifications required to open and use the files. We cannot guarantee that third-party applications or platform updates will not impact file functionality over time.
